I offer support to parents with little ones from birth through to 5 years old, using gentle techniques we don’t believe in the cry it out method.
Each family’s preferences and requirements are different when it comes to sleep, not least because all children are unique and sleep problems can be caused by any number of issues at any stage of childhood (and beyond). Through understanding, support and gentle methods, I work with parents in a completely non-judgmental manner and at a pace that feels comfortable to them, to help their child and the whole family get the sleep they all need.
I can help guide families to achieve their sleep goals and have well-rested, happy babies, I help by teaching families the importance of sleep and creating personalised, easy to follow sleep plans and routines

By taking a look at your child's sleep patterns, their sleep environment, routines, and bedtimes I can help you gently change your child’s sleep habits so that your family can get the sleep they need. My aim is to help you feel empowered to follow your instincts so that you can recognise what works best for your family.
